Qualifications:
 Minimum 5 years experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
Knowledgeable in Western cuisine (French, Italian, Mediterranean, etc) cooking and preparation in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
 Skilled in menu planning, staff handling, food costing, and stock monitoring
 Excellent time management and team leadership skills
 Has good English communication skills
